We stand behind every CremaCore product. If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect during normal home use, we will make it right.
What is covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the delivery date
- Parts that break or stop working under normal use
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic changes over time
- Damage from drops, misuse, or use with incompatible equipment
- Products modified or repaired by someone other than us
How to make a claim
Email fastenerhero@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with a repair, replacement or refund option.
