Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
- Shipping rates: orders under $79 ship for a $12 flat rate; orders of $79 and over ship free. The final cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery time: once your order ships, estimated transit time is 4 to 9 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of purchase.
- Tracking: every order ships with tracking, and we email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Most orders ship from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses in Asia, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays during peak seasons.
Returns
Not the right fit? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us at fastenerhero@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will reply with return instructions.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
