Will this fit my espresso machine?
Check the size listed in the product details (for example 51mm, 54mm or 58mm) and match it to your machine's portafilter. Not sure? Contact us with your machine model and we will confirm the fit.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery times to your area. Once shipped, transit takes 4 to 9 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of purchase.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Products are covered against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.
How do I clean and care for my tools?
Rinse with warm water after use and dry fully. Avoid the dishwasher for wooden handles and coated parts.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is a $12 flat rate on orders under $79 and free on orders of $79 and over.

We accept major credit cards and the payment options shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
